Refund policy

Returns and refunds: We offer a 30 day return policy on our items. If you are within 30 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund if your product is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and delivered back to NEHGS. Note: Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Processing refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied back to your credit card. Please allow up to 10 business days after the book is received to see the refund in your bank statements.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We must be notified within 30 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at thebookstore@nehgs.org and we will contact you about the exchange of the item. We do not exchange products for other items, or offer store credit.

In your return shipment, please indicate your initial order number and that it is a return item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
